Order Exchanges

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—as we cannot process exchanges for errors in these selections. If you need to change your order, you may cancel it within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. For assistance, please contact our support team.


Order Cancellations
  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation Fee: If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value will be applied.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final and refunds will not be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

    • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
    • Receipt of incorrect items
    • Significant deviations from the product description
  • Ineligible for Refund/Return:
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
